Option_Flags: 0 for None, 1 for Update Last Contact Date, 2 for Force Next Contact Date, 4 for Next Contact Date modifiable by user,
8 for Next Contact Date default includes weekends, 16 for Next Contact Date time set to current system time, 32 for Promise to pay date modifiable by user,
64 for Promise to pay default includes weekends, 128 for Category modifiable by user, 256 for Show contact name and phone number,
512 for Automatically fill in phone number, 1024 for Phone number modifiable by user, 2048 for Automatically put the phone number in comment,
