Returns the Calculated Amortized Payment Amount for the given NLS Import XML for a Loan.
Please Note: The "ProcessType" attribute on the NLS XML Node should be set to "CALCULATE_PAYMENT_AMOUNT"
for new Loans and "CALCULATE_PAYMENT_AMOUNT_EXISTING_LOAN" for existing Loans.
